Al S: At first, it seemed lovely, but it did not fulfill the conditions of the quote— they refused to vacuum under the baby’s cot, vacuum his rugs (they vacuumed around his toys instead of picking them up), didn’t clean under the dining table or under the couch, despite this being included in the quote. When I gave them a second chance to make good – they claimed these were ‘inaccessible areas’ (!) and not covered by their quote (it’s not mentioned anywhere) and refused to rectify going forward when I asked.

They also claimed they’d spend 2 hours on the job minimum but left the job unfinished after 1h30.

So we had to cancel after one clean and look for other options.
