Lily Walkington : I would give more stars if I could! Matt was absolutely awesome. We called to get our carpets cleaned before we moved in and it was really short notice as we didn’t realise how bad the carpets were until moving day. In reality, the carpets needed to be replaced as they were not healthy, but since we are students and it’s a rental we didn’t have much of a choice except for cleaning it. These guys were booked until after Christmas but Matt came a few days after our call and did an absolutely fantastic job… we were so blown away. They were visibly cleaner and healthier, we could walk around the place without shoes on and not get dirty feet! Matt was super friendly and so helpful, he talked us through all the steps of cleaning and explained everything and he seemed like he genuinely cared about our situation. He puts in 150% into the job. Will absolutely be recommending these guys to everyone. Over all this company is very professional and we are absolutely stoked with how the carpets turned out. Really happy!!!

M Harrod : Absolutely awesome service, spotted a really horrible stain on the couch cushion and when I lifted it up to check, discovered an even more horrific one on the bottom side. Someone has tried to hide a spill! Mark came the same day and I cannot believe the difference – it is literally like a brand new couch again 🙂 Got the carpets done at the same time, and they also look fabulous!! Highly recommend. (And might I just add, my cat hates pretty much everyone, and even SHE liked Mark!!)

Juliet Smith : I called AA carpet cleaning because I had an ant problem. I had previously used them to clean my carpets and I was really impressed with the service and how clean my carpets was. I remembered that they also specialized in pest control. I had tried some shop bought ant treatment but it was not making a difference. Matt came and sprayed the carpet and outside the house, he also used some gel bait. Within two hours of treatment there was not one ant to be seen! I was extremely grateful and happy with the service that I received and would highly recommend AA Carpet cleaning for both carpet cleaning and pest control.

Highly professional company that I would have no hesitation in recommending. I spoke to a lovely lady on the phone who listened to what I needed and who happily answered all of my questions and concerns. I was very grateful that Matt the manager was able to help with my request as all of his staff were booked out. Matt was punctual and very friendly. He was very respectful when moving my furniture. I am extremely happy with the results and how clean my carpets now look. Having used previous companies before I can definitely notice a huge difference and will be sticking with AA carpet cleaning from now on. Thank you so much.
