Customer : I’d had a busy morning and was in dire need of quick sustenance! Passing through Westmere, I spotted a cluster of tables roadside and quickly pulled over. The alfresco seats were all taken but when I entered Coffee Defora, I did notice a spacious area at the rear of the cafe. I ordered coffee and a salmon croissant. As luck would have it, one of the outside tables was vacated so I was able to sit and enjoy the sunshine and cool breeze as I waited, My mocha was superbly restorative and the salmon croissant delicious! The range of food available looked fresh and inviting, the two staff courteous and efficient. If I’d the time I would have ordered a brownie from their display cabinet but unfortunately time was against me. I will save this treat for my next visit!
