Ted Tates : Didn’t want to do the job because of having no power in the unit which means no lights, which i explained an they said they didn’t have a extension power cord to plug into the hallway of the the apartment.. so they were aware of this before turning up.. an also 15 they were 15 minutes late, was a small job too.. there was 3 people.. i was stressed at the time which started to make me angry because they had wasted about 1 hour of my time… But just know it is person sub contracting who is probably hiking the price up.. because the company that turned up was a different name.. but the positive about this company was there ability to turn up on the same day i called them. They just didn’t want the job even after they said they needed the money because the lady was pregnant.. anyway i wish them the best

Kate McHugh : Really disappointed that a “move in clean” that cost nearly $200 was so hit and miss. I had to wipe around some of the bathroom myself to remove some obvious soap marks and dust, taps in the bathroom and kitchen were left with watermarks still on. The cleaners were late and I had to call them rather than be updated despite having to leave work to let them in. The living areas were fine but overall, not worth the money.

Lifestyle Shop : I was in a bit of a panic when my previous cleaning company cancelled on me at the last minute. It was a nightmare scenario, as I had a lot going on and didn’t have time to deal with the added stress of finding a new cleaning company. However, I knew I needed to act fast and began frantically searching for a replacement. That’s when I stumbled upon Snap Cleaning. I wasn’t familiar with them and wasn’t sure what to expect, but I decided to take a chance and give them a try. I’m so glad I did! Not only were they able to book me in at the last minute, but they provided excellent service and were very efficient. Plus, their prices were very reasonable, which was a pleasant surprise.

Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience with Snap Cleaning and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable and efficient cleaning company. They definitely saved the day for me and I’m grateful to have found them. It’s not often that you come across a company that goes above and beyond to meet your needs, but Snap Cleaning did just that. They exceeded my expectations and made a potentially stressful situation much more manageable. Thank you, Snap Cleaning, for your excellent service!

Carmel George : Very unprofessional, not recommmended. We booked for house cleaning week ago. On the booked day after an hour of confirmed time, someone send a message that their car got some issue and will be late. Again after 2 hrs, they said just they can’t make it on the day. Was really disappointing and frustrating since we waited for the whole day and we removed curtains and everything for cleaning. Very bad experience.

Cleaning was terrible didn’t even have the right equipment for the job. Tried cleaning windows with a mop and cloth (extra cost we selected). No window cleaning equipment etc used.
Really bad attitude, regret paying a 50% deposit not required by other cleaning companies.
Customer care on the phone was polite throughout even when complaining and seeking a partial refund. However they wouldn’t come and inspect the work/ check up on their staff when invited to. Very unprofessional service as they don’t quality check even when you complain.
We ended up cleaning the place ourselves the night before moving out. We cleaned everything except the floors as we ran out of time and hoped their job would be enough. Then to add insult to injury the only issue following our inspection was the floors and we’d to pay for a reclean out of our bond. If I could give less than one star I would.
Keep your money and put it on a horse better chance of a return.

Phillip : Requested them to do a moveout clean. Was extremely badly done. Many areas not even touched. Would not recommend to anyone. When raised, they come up with many excuses. Wanted to meet on site, but I’m unable to waste anymore time on them. Unbelievable that they would consider this as an acceptable job. Now demanding payment. Best to stay clear. Bit dubious about the 5* ratings below.
