Lara Christian : My partner’s ex-wife, made a serious untrue allegation to the Police, after five years of them having being divorced.

The prosecution investigator called him and asked him to testify. He needed to find a good lawyer he could trust. Adam was totally calm and polite. The first time we met we decided he was someone we could trust. He informed us that he had a lot of experience in this area and that my partner was in good hands.

During our subsequent meetings we discussed possible strategies for how we could best proceed and finally, after a preliminary review of the criminal case file, Adam advised his vision of how and on what we would build our defence in court.

The case was unusual for us but not for Adam with his experience. Adam told us that he had been through around 40 cases in court on such matters and knew what to do. Also a recommendation from his colleague Justin who told us that Adam is the best when he is in the courtroom.

In court when Adam started cross examination we realised that he wasn’t missing the slightest detail from what my partner had told him before. Even we couldn’t remember everything we had discussed.

After the first day of the cross examination, our opponent was simply shocked because she did not know what to answer and how to do it. For her it was a real interrogation, which didn’t cast her in a good light. The next day everything continued in the same way. After the cross examination, it was very clear to see who was telling the truth, thanks to Adam.

The next day Adam summed up what was said and heard in court in his defence. He was a very knowledgeable speaker, and focused and refreshed the jury’s memory on the key points that had been said before. It was a must hear. His speech even provoked a lot of emotion. And that was the finale. No one could have said and done more than he and his assistant Ruby, who corrected his speech during the trial. The jury’s outcome was expected. Not guilty – that was the vote of all 12 jurors.

Bruce Sagadevan : I was facing a range of serious charges that could have resulted in a very lengthy term of imprisonment. I was feeling stressed and afraid.
