Eskrow : Really disappointing. I requested a quote for a Smart Vent install. I was advised by a customer service rep that the quoter may turn up approx 30 minutes late but they would call well before to advise – that was fine. On the day however I got a call approx 1 hour late saying they were 10 minutes away. They arrived in about 15 minutes after this but then proceeded to sit in their car for another 10 minutes talking on the phone before coming in – completely rude. They inspected the property and had a quick 5 minute look, they then said it would take a week to get a quote to me. That seemed long but I waited. More than two weeks later I’ve heard nothing. This has been a complete waste of time and a terrible look on the company. I’m still living in a property with condensation issues so should have gone elsewhere.
Katalina Cribbens : Very friendly and professional to deal with, particularly at such short notice, they were able to carry out the repairs urgently and have the work signed off by Vector.
Coral Bond : Advanced electrical were great. After months of renovations with plenty of delays from other contractors it was so nice to work with a team who were super friendly, professional and creative with the lighting. A couple of miscommunications were quickly rectified. We replaced some indoor lighting and added in extra outdoor lighting in our pool and deck area. We were thrilled with the added outdoor features and suggestions made by the team. So friendly! Thank you!
