Customer : Went here for my son’s birthday. Ordering via QR code was great. Food came out in a considerable amount of time delivered by Bella the robot food attendant. Fun way to do food service but also good to have a little person to person interaction especially if you are a first timer at this place. Food was good. Parking was a bit dear.
Customer : Best to try it yourself, it’s definitely not what it use to be. You have to buy your own sides which is disappointing, the fries are quite good though. Drink portions are somewhat good, prices are what you expect them to be…. Being it is in Sky City. The robots are pretty cool to see. Burgers are tasty but not much options to choose from like before. Which is why I gave it 3 stars. I feel like they have a lot of staff just to stand there rather than checking in on customers. That’s just me.
Customer : Rude service with no welcome nor smile towards their customers. Nacho’s was below average but can’t understand why they put cheese sauce on the bottom of plate. Can’t even reach them. The burger was horrible. Very oilly and gracy. When it arrived to the table it’s already half cold. The chicken inside it’s already hard to chew. The beef patty was cold hard and oily. Very disappointing. We ordered milkshake and we ask for it two times during our meal but it never arrive to the table. They have to refund us because of that. Can’t be more disappointed to this restaurant. Service was horrible waiters don’t know what to do but chatting towards eachother. Chef in the kitchen were dancing with music. Never again . Please stay away from this horrible place. What a nightmare.
Customer : A good place for first time visit but not a restaurant that you’ll keep coming back for . I Was curious about their robot waiters delivering your food at your table so it’s pretty cool to see it in action. Very innovative approach and makes everyone smile.
Ordered their Andy’s classic burger, pretty decent burger but for its price if you don’t add any add-ons, they will just literally serve you with a burger on a plate. No fries or anything of sort that I would expect on an American themed restaurant.
Pricing seems okay but not generous servings and not meant for sharing.
Overall, it’s a good burger restaurant but not something I would really rave about as there are other restaurants to consider. A good approach on the robotic waiters so kudos to them.
Customer : The staff were excellent – warm and welcoming. Service was very efficient with the use of their in house online ordering system and robot delivery. The food was delicious (The cookie sandwich contained nuts – heads up if you have allergies). Great burger joint for the family or before a night out!
Customer : Service and food quality was very good. Really pricey for its size or portion of the food. e.g $20 for burger with no bun (with out fries). All you see on the photo was $100.
Customer : it’s back and it’s back with a BANG! definitely something worth craving for the meat of these burgers are just crazy delicious it’s the party that stands out just like how burgers are supposed to be not covered in sauce or buns love the normal cheese burgers but the tower burger is an instagrammable experience I don’t wana miss the onion rings are fantastic battered just right pair them with a quench beer and baby you sealed the deal
Customer : I waited around 8 minutes to some waiter or waitress to come to my table. The restaurant wasn’t full at the moment, but clearly it was an unexpected scenario.
The price of the menu is very reasonable and fair when you realize that the restaurant is inside the sky tower.
I tried the vegetarian burger, which it really impressed me a lot. I know how to cook and prepare fancy burgers and the vegetarian from Andy’s was amazingly beautiful.
I took a picture of the melted cheese merged with the mushrooms, the flavours are very tasty.
The salad was ok, since it was just a small salad to supply the main meal, which comes already with fries if it is any of the Burges.
But what made me rate this a 5/5 is because of the service. Even waiting to be attended, the staff treat with a high quality and, especially, provided me with a Negroni. This cocktail is not in the menu and when I asked, they prepared it for me charging with the same price of any other gin cocktail.
A restaurant that can manage a request beyond its menu options is for sure 5/5 star rate. This proves that they know how to deliver an unique service for their costumers.
