Follow-up: unfortunately due to the flooding event that occurred in Auckland on the 27th of January 2023, the cleaning crew was not able to fulfill their services. I totally understand that they needed to prioritize flooding services as this was a critical need compared to general house clean, but I would have appreciated an earlier notification of the cancelation/postponement of the service. This would have allowed me additional time to find another cleaning crew as I needed to clear the house for incoming tenants.
Again this was a situation beyond anyone’s control therefore I can not fault them. Please to note that they were prompt in refunding my money and hopefully in future I can have another opportunity use their services.
Quest On Queen Reservations : Excellent service. Will keep using. Nav was excellent.

Victoria Jamieson : We had sheer curtains cleaned which had mold on them. We initially thought we’d need to buy new but decided to try and have them cleaned first. They came up looking like new which saved us $$$ on new ones. Friendly service with great communication. Would definitely use again.
Universal Property Management : We issued CleaningPro Auckland a work order on November 25th 2022, confirmed that they would pick up roller blinds for repair just before or after Christmas and come 19th of January, they “never received our email”. Now they won’t have a technician in the field for the rest of the week.
Absolutely unreliable and I am terrible sorry to leave such a review.

M Coote : A superb job was done in cleaning and restoring my degraded kitchen window painted metal venetian blind. I had been thinking of getting the blind cleaned as a temporary measure until buying a new replacement. Such a good job was done that I no longer need to buy another blind, so that was money well spent. Thoroughly recommended for this type of service.
