We purchased a used Audi Q5 July 2021 for $35,000 and the company would not go lower on price as that was “a great price”. Less than a year later and we only did 9,000 kms on the car they offered us $16,000 for it!!!
Once we wrote a bad review on Google you then tell us to contact your used car sales manager and when we did contact her/him there has been no response. WOW guys seriously?
Is this how you value your own cars? Is this how you value your clients?
We have purchased 38 cars in our lives and have never lost this much money on a car.
Just truly disappointed.

wu michael : spent over 700 dollars and then be told you need reseal your windscreen and go to see panel beater. not recommend to any Audi owner come this place anymore. reception lady talking horrible and smashed your car side mirror in front of you. young manager just come in didnt say sorry just tell me stright away you want me fix or not? dont want me fix you can fxxx off. vehicle inside panel missing parts not put on but still just tell me your car is ready you can go now. very horrible service. not come back for sure.
