They were very thorough and paid attention to every detail, leaving my windows sparkling clean. The customer service was also top-notch and they were easy to communicate with throughout the process. Josheel Pranlal : I didn’t personally hire the company, but I’m shocked at their customer service & sheer lack of ownership when issues arise, when they blasted asphalt dust onto my car.
Workplace had organised pathway cleaning about 10-15m away from where my car was parked. They continued past the pathway, and blasted the driveway which:
– Blasted all the dirt and gunk underneath a roller door which leads into our factory, causing some downtime where we could’ve otherwise produced product.
– Blasted the driveway and got asphalt dust onto >60% of my car. I’d recently gotten a professional cut & polish but now I’ll be out of pocket again.
Thankfully after our guy called him, Bill called me to apologise which was appreciated. However, within minutes he twisted the conversation saying I’m overreacting and ultimately he did not take ownership of his company’s part in the issue.
Any reasonable waterblaster, no matter how experienced, would’ve at bare minimum watched where their spray was going (whether under a door or onto a clean car).
In the end it looks like they’re not very reasonable water blasters. 0/10 would not recommend to anyone.

Thanks for taking ownership of this and replying, however this was a few years ago and in my original review I mention that I did in fact get in touch and your staff member Bill (mentioned in the original review) talked down to me and tried to gaslight me that it was normal for this to happen.
And I’m sorry but to clarify, the car was not cleaned by your team. I had to get it cleaned and re-polished myself.
Admin Replas : Hello Window Cleaning have cleaned windows on my buildings both home and factories for many years. Their high standard never slips. They are extremely trustworthy and their work is of an excellent standard. Their staff are always very pleasant and courteous.

RR Dash : I have used this service twice. But I decided not to use them any more. Their customer service attitude is bad. You will not get comfortable feeling with them as some technicians have bad temper and spoke aggressively towards client, which is unacceptable.
Even though their did a good job on cleaning the house. But we could not tolerate with their customer service attitude.
Neil Cullimore : Cleaned all paver and deck surfaces including difficult to get to second floor decks. All beautifully done and nothing was too much trouble. Peo was a delight to have round the home.
