Jacob Lyall : My partner got her work visa declined after receiving a bad advice from our previous immigration adviser. After that, they didn’t even show interest to apply for reconsideration for they know that our case is impossible to win after the advise they have given.
My partner did her research to look for a lawyer who will represent our case better , however, she became unlawful unintentionally and we needed to apply for section 61. UPDATE 1/11/21: Our Partnership Visa was approved last week. We applied during the three months visitor visa we were able to achieve with Simons guidance under section 61. This Second partnership visa did not come easy we again received a multitude of concerns as PPI from INZ, very similar to our first application which was declined, so it has hard to imagine we could swing their decision this time considering we were declined on many of the same concerns last application. However, this time the new factor was we had guidance from Simon. Simon remained very calm throughout the process and was always one step ahead. Simon guided us on how to approach our visa and PPI Reponses by showing us the best way to structure our information and proofing all our work to make sure we were sticking within his guidelines. He understood what we needed to do and showed us how to do it.
I would like to thank Simon for the incredible news we received. My partner and I can finally plan our future and live life without the worry of being separated.

My partner got her residency. It was almost close to impossible as she was illegally residing for 2 weeks in NZ. Thanks to the firm who made things impossible , possible. Me and my partner were nervous because my application was declined due to the wrong advice given by our former immigration adviser.
I googled to find a good lawyer who could help us after our former adviser left us on the air. By the grace of God we found the immigration trust where we booked an appointment with the late CEO Simon. He is great and will really listen to your grievances. Even before we got there, he already had a plan on how to handle our case. Even then, I knew he could be trusted unlike our former adviser.

Nag google ako para humanap ng mahusay na lawyer na pwedeng tumulong sa amin matapos kaming iwan sa ere ng aming dating adviser. Sa awa ng Diyos natagpuan namin ang immigration trust kung saan nag book kami ng appointment sa kanulang CEO na si Simon. Siya ay mahusay at talagang makikinig sa iyong hinain. Bago pa man din kami makarating doon ay meron na siyang plano kung paano i handle ang case namin doon pa lang alam ko ng siya ay mapagkakatiwalaan hindi tulad ng aming dating adviser.
