Stephanie Fitzgerald : Very disappointing. Told us they could come but then when they heard it was not through an insurance claim (which we didn’t do because our excess was $5000, and it would cost less than that to fix), would not fit us in till days later – too late for wet carpet and underlay! Very poor customer service.
