New Zealand Couriers
What other Aucklanders are saying about New Zealand Couriers.
Joanne McCullagh : Just had an nz post courier delivery who was so unbelievably rude. I am appalled by his behavior considering he demanded I open the gates(which I couldn’t do), hung up on me when I offered go down 7 floors to assist him and the parcel had nothing to do with me!
Shirley Allan : BEST SERVICE KNOWN TO MAN!! Seriously. These guys were friendly, efficient and made what was a shocking day into something salvageable. Parnell Branch… Go get you some.
maryfrancis moll : I live in an apartment complex and I am always home because I work from home. When they tried to deliver, they said they tried calling on the intercom but I never heard a ring. NZ Post never had a problem with delivering packages to me and calling me on the intercom. I did not get a notification too that they tried to deliver it. I only checked because I remembered that I was waiting for the package.
Ashleigh Dryden : Pretty dodgy behaviour by NZ Couriers. I was home the whole day and there was definitely no ring to the doorbell once they arrived. They claim the parcel was delivered and took photos of my apartment door and the letterbox, and sent it through to me (I called through to customer service to discuss this). The photo has zero proof they actually put the parcel in the letterbox – it was medium size so it would definitely have been poking out (and should be able to see something inside the small gap in the letterbox).
They simply claim that it’s been delivered. Next time, please ring the doorbell and take a photo that actually shows where my package is. I had to repurchase the item, waste of money.
Still giving 2 stars as apart from this lost delivery I haven’t had a bad experience until now.
April S : Left a card without calling the intercom or my mobile number so they could have dropped at our parcel box. I was at home the whole day. Glad i live closeby 4min walk to NZ courier in Parnell and was able to pick it up.
Edit: we are in a gated
Compound of townhouses- Farnham Street, Parnell Usually your drivers have access to the gate. Incase they dont have, they could ring from intercom so i could let them come in. I understand that is a signature required but i was at home the whole day. You probably need to inform your drivers how to handle couriers with signature in a gated compound. I believe they know what to do but its just laziness maybe?
