Although I live all the way out in Titirangi, I travel to this pharmacy as I know that the advise I’ll receive will be top-notch and trusted. The team knows me and can therefore advise specific to my needs – unlike the faceless mega-chemists. Awesome service, all the time.

She is always professional and friendly and checks in to see what more she can do…if an item is not in the pharmacy she will do her very best to find it for you and get it in store ASAP,
even when Ive not described it well or really knew exactly what I wanted…she just seems to get it …figuratively and literally!
Samantha made some home deliveries (often in her own time )when an injury meant I couldn’t get to the pharmacy and she took the time to work with me on a plan for a better pain management which was a great relief and was very successful .
It was due to her quick thinking and help that led me to the best recovery outcomes from start to finish of my injury.
I am so grateful to her and the dear little pharmacy ; where the Spirit of Community thrives.
