What other Aucklanders are saying about Superfino.
Customer: Great Café with full kitchen and many food & drink options, and catering.
Customer : The food is good, nice coffee! But with a very poor customer service. I understand that you might be short on staff, but the barista keeps talking with friends while many people are waiting for order. Please improve the customer service.
Customer : Fantastic little cafe so handy for studying at. They’re licensed too, so if you need an after-study/ work tipple then they’re great for that. Reasonably priced and a good range of food and beverage. Not a lot of parking around. Lots of seating and good for large groups. Open plan not crowded
Customer : Wow, this is the worst coffee i ever had in my life. Usually coffee is the first impression of the day and you ruined it. How does a cafe like that use the cheapest coffee beans? Also, they definitely don’t know what’s the difference between a latte & a flat white. And why would you give trim if someone didn’t asked for it. I never write comments on Google but this cafe ruined my first sip of the day i think they should do something about it. I’m not from here so won’t be there again but I feel sorry for those poor students.
Customer : Cafe at the University of Auckland Grafton campus. The food is ok but quite pricy for what it is. They have a selection of beer and wine available all day and during happy hour. The hours change depending on whether the semester is ongoing or not.
Customer: A different sort of food than the previous café operator in the Grafton campus. I tried the kiwifruit and ginger muffin, and I like it. The interior design is now much more modern than before. The price is about the same, which is quite on the dearer side. Unfortunately, the service degrades compared to the first few days of opening, and the food is now turning to the average kind of café food.
Customer: The coffee is the cheapest bean on the market. Staff doesn’t listen to customer needs. The coffee was served not warm enough.
I have asked three times to make it extra hot, but no one listens.
Food is very expensive and sandwiches are full of oil and butter.
