Alpers Cafe & Restaurant & Bar
What other Aucklanders are saying about Alpers Cafe & Restaurant & Bar.
Customer : We tried Pizza and Fettuccine pasta. Pizza was very dry and very less cheese. Also pasta had too much sun dried tomatoes almost 50% of the portion was full of sun dried tomatoes. Didn’t provide plates. Also Garlic bread was dry and tasteless. it was more sort of pizza bread not garlic bread.
Customer : Really enjoyed our meals tonight, the apricot chicken and Tiramasu is devine. Will return for more coffee and to sample your lunch or breakfast menu in the near future.
Customer : Groupon Menu good selection. Food was very good and great value for money, nice coffee and service was very attentive. Quiet and comfortable but decor needs updating. Will definitely go again.
Customer : A small in- house restaurant seemingly catering more to travellers but we were served a very enjoyable lunch, chosen from a limited but adequate menu. Food was good quality and the hostess was charming.
Customer : Dined in with Grabone. Overall is average, not bad not fancy. Food took a while to come and I was given a beef burger when i ordered a chicken burger. Location is nice when you stay in the motel.
Customer : Food was very tasty with nice presentation. Portion was not big but adequate. Price of everything was good and very accommodating staff.
Customer : Attached next to a motel; Pancakes and coffee were fantastic, probably the best pancakes I’ve had in a while. The service was really good, very friendly and attentive staff with a homely vibe. Nice quiet area away from the bustle of Newmarket.
Customer : Friendly and talkative front-house staff member. Their decor is simple but nice, and it’s an extension of the established adjacent hotel & convention centre. Parking are plenty, surrounding the building, though clearer marking would be helpful as at the moment it’s a bit confusing whether for visitors, or for the guest staying in the room. Food were ok, and served in big portions.
