Bambina

Bambina

What other Aucklanders are saying about Bambina.

Customer : *Updated 11/11/22:
Tried Bambina again and surprise surprise, noisy AF and eggs on the toast = soggy toast.

Poached eggs were cold. The coffee was good. However, my friend’s salmon was inedible. It was meant to be with noodles, but only had a tablespoon of it. The “broth” was just lime juice. To say the balance was off suggests there was balance to begin with, but this was just sour. The addition of salt was not enough to augment it. Suggesting that the issue was not with the food, but with her palate, is clearly indicative of complacency. An apology from the waitress was better received, but we are struggling to find any other merits.

Customer : We got brunch here with coffee. The fried eggs with sourdough toast and a side of bacon was excellent. The cappuccinos were really good as well. I would definitely go back.

Customer : Menu not extensive but has all the usual fare. Nicely cooked and presented. Freezing cold day and front door constantly blown open, so dining wasn’t pleasant. Staff very friendly. Coffee excellent.

Customer : Never fails to be right on the mark for me. The scrambled eggs are excellent, the staff friendly and the location ideal. The coffee hits the spot as well. Thank you!

Customer : We visited Bambina on Sunday after lunch and we were really impressed with their coffee. My husband said it’s the best Almond Flat White he’s had for a very long time! The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. We will definitely come back!

Customer : Good scrambled eggs and generous side of mushrooms and Mediterranean eggs, however all very underseasoned. Salt and pepper provided, but salt shaker must have moisture in it as it barely sprinkled. Otherwise good food. Menu pretty standard.

Customer : Nice food. Pancake was great, simple but tasty. Coffee was average. I ordered flat white but amount of cream was latte. Very noisy. I want to taste another food there.

Customer : The ambience was really nice but coffee and ice chocolate quite average. Nothing else really stood out.
