Cafe Cezanne
What other Aucklanders are saying about Cafe Cezanne.
Customer : Excellent halloumi burger! Very generous with the halloumi and only $12!! Love the vibe of this place. Ginger slice was unfortunately quite stale and blah. Had the same experience with a carrot cake a few months ago – the cabinet food seems to expire by the end of the week. Bathroom could definitely do with a clean, too
BUT would still come back!
Customer : If you are reading this, congratulations, you found your breakfast spot – Best eggs benedict I’ve had in NZ, ever.. Was Uber delivery too and it traveled perfectly.
Customer : I got recommended from the facebook group. Each week they have special dish. I love bún riêu & cơm gà Hội An. I came here with my sister and friends and they all love it. Price is affordable (approx $25 for main dish with 1 beverage). Highly recommend. Check my collection photos of their beautiful dishes.
Customer : Great place. Good sized portions. We had the small Nachos which would have easily been enough for 2 people
Customer : @ May 2022 – Seems to have changed ownership . All I can say is my mince was nice n tasty
Customer : I ordered cappuccino and an anzac caramel slice. Coffee wasn’t great. A bit milky for a cafe located in Ponsonby. The slice was fresh and delicious. In my opinion staff could be more welcoming but it was ok. Place looks tired…maybe a renovation would turn the place into a cozy welcoming spot.
Customer : For a consistently reliable late night coffee and cake cafe option, Cafe Cezanne in Three Lamps end of Ponsonby is a trusted go-to.
They are very well known for their delectable home made cakes that adorn the food cabinets, so much so, that the a dilemma always arises when trying to decide on what cake to choose so it’s always an advantage to visit in small groups of 2 to 4 people so you can share!
I adore their soy latte bowls and have recently enjoyed their Black Forest chocolate gateau served with fresh whipped cream!
The staff is always so hospitable and engaging and the food options on the menu or in the cabinet, is always delicious and not to mention reasonably priced. Highly recommended!
Customer : Food is great and in generous servings. The Black Forest Gateau is superb! One thing to note though is the size of the leaves in the salad – it is quite big that it can be a challenge to eat them. Nonetheless a good experience and definitely will come back.
