This place has probably the worst customer service out of any pharmacy I’ve ever been to in my life and I felt as the staff really didn’t value my time at all. I came in on Monday 11:30am, Incredibly long wait times to collect my prescription (40 mins total) and since all of the pharmacists are far too busy you will have to deal with inexperienced trainees who will take even longer.

I’m not trying to say the staff here don’t care or are lazy they genuinely are working really hard. However there is just far too much work for them to do to provide the very bare minimum customer service you would expect. I have decided to take my business elsewhere and you should too pretty much every pharmacy now does not charge the $5 for prescriptions anymore and are FAR less busy.

Life: I feel like writing an essay about how staff are treating other staff and customers. Some of the staff were slacking off while there were a few actually attending to customers’ needs. I hope the others get fired for not doing what they were hired to do rather than checking their Snapchat. However, I managed to get my prescription thanks to the staff that were working. Also, some of the “deals” are pretty pricey there.
