The pharmacist ignored me for a good 15mins while I stood there waiting. Then when they finally acknowledged me, I was told it could take up to 20mins to get my prescription. It consequently took 30mins.

What should’ve been a quick pick-up turned into 45mins. I’d rather pay the usual $5 at a local pharmacy than waste my time again.

Tried to return a pack of new brand of contact les solution which just uesed once, but been told it’s our eyes problem by the store manager and asked us to speak to the doctor or manufactory directly. Also, accused me rude because I wanted to explain why we don’t have problem with other brands for 20 years. Complainted to their head office andarea manager reponded that the store manager had done right.
