We had a cleaner who charged us for 4 hours and did 2 – a poor job at that. Was on call whole time while cleaning – talking loudly while I tried to work from home.
When I realised he’d been charging us double hours he’d been doing I had no recompense. Invoices were continually wrong and even now that I finished with them 4 months ago they continue to send invoices I don’t owe. When I talk to the company owner she took zero accountability – never returned calls. I can’t believe they are still in business

Geraldine Victor : Lawns mowed beautifully and mowed area cleaned each time. I appreciate how all the tools they use when mowing my lawn are battery- operated: good for the environment. Prompt and courteous communication when needed. Some minor hiccups with the invoicing which is the reason for 4, and not 5, stars.
