Customer : Wifey ordered an oat milk latte. Got a Reg milk latte. Got charged for their mistake instead of getting a remade coffee at no extra charge. Don’t bother going.

Customer : Had an iced latte and a savoury muffin. Woke up the next day with the worst food poisoning I have ever had. Not sure where it came from, but it was my first time eating here. Wouldn’t recommend.

Customer : Inflated prices (16.80 for a cup of coffee and slice of cheesecake) and was served stale food. No offer of refund or any other option. Worst cafe in Westfield

Customer : Visited this place on Sat at 6pm. Had two coffee’s, one slice of cheese cake and a coconut friand. Service was poor – not one smile while I was there with my family. while the cafe was open part of it was closed for cleaning and we couldn’t sit there. the coffee was terrible with a taste of burnt coffee. the medium size cups were actually small in size and small was tiny. the baked items were average at best. the bill 27.4. i think coffee club and star bucks offer a lot more value for money. bigger and better servings from friendly welcoming staff. Will not visit again.

Customer : Really enjoyed the coffee and was surprised with a big serving breakfast. Very tastie bagel with avocado, salmon etc. I would have had it for lunch. Serve was great

Customer : We Enjoyed the privilege of eating out today and Cova was a good choice for us. Hubby enjoyed a spinach and feta scone and a flat white and I enjoyed a quiche with salmon and cream cheese. They serve it with a side of pasta and relish. They were very conscientious about checking vax passes too.
