Joel Young : Had windscreen repaired by these guys, called them again as I had new cracks in a similar place and was asked if I was saying the repairs weren’t good enough, gave my details and was expecting a response as to when he could come fix them. Called someone else who came around to check them out and said the pits had fallen out and to call these guys back about warranty. I called a couple of times as the guy was standing next to me. Finally answered and asked if I had been calling him a few times and said he is not interested in my job, I didn’t leave a message as I needed to talk to him in person as the other guy said he could fix it now or not, then as I tried to explain he hung up on me.

Georgina Newland : Rude arrogant – wouldn’t waste my time. There is nothing worse than talking to a male when you’re a female who just thinks you don’t know anything about cars when in fact I do good luck mate you’ve gonna need it.
Response to the response- this guys a liar. I have never sworn at him and his response just proves how arrogant he treats people I have been working alongside mechanics for over 10 years as I have owned several late model high end cars, and I know what I’m talking about. As a matter of fact it was the dealership that recommended the information that he laughed at me about honestly your a bully and liar. Just take your feedback and learn from it instead of bullying women. Your comments are unprofessional

Nicholas Cooper : My car failed a WOF because of a crack in it’s windscreen. The crack was quite large. I thought the screen would need replacing but contacted Gavin from Crack Specialists in case the screen could be repaired. Crack Specialists came to my home, and repaired my windscreen later that day. The crack was almost invisible after the repair. The price I was charged was very reasonable, and I subsequently passed my WOF. I’m very happy with the job Crack Specialists did for me.

N PK : I had called for an enquiry today. The person who answered the phone was rude to me. I asked for an estimate for fixing a chip on my car’s windscreen. As I was not sure whether it can be fixed. Tried describing it the best ways i could, also answered all the questions he asked about the chipping, later this person started mocking at me the way i asked about the rates and the location, as it was a bit above my budget. Also initially the call had hung up somehow when i called, and when i retried calling, he was like why did I hang up on him. I am sure I had not, but I still apologised as i did not want to create any hassles. Had a bad experience, wished there was a better customer service.
