Customer : Lovely setup. We went early with our childen. No one was in the restaurant but us and possibly another couple. Our boy tends to talk loud. The older waitress shhhed him which I found rude. The steak was advertised as chargrilled.. When it arrived we were confused as to how it was cooked. It was pale and not very appetising. Hubby couldn’t really eat it.

Decor is unpretentious and slightly dated but service by the two staff I was served by for dinner and breakfast was lovely. Extremely reasonable prices (for a hotel) and the food was full of flavour, the right temperature and good size Well done.

Kids meals were good, nicely cooked and value for money. Son very much enjoyed his burger.
Hubby enjoyed his pork belly, but my steak although cooked to perfection, was under seasoned and a little bland. Potato gratin was good.
Quite a long wait for dessert, but dessert was exceptional. Apple tart tatin was out of this world.
We would return to both the restaurant and the hotel again.
Customer : We enjoyed the restaurant, we ordered a large pizza with chips. The other time we stayed, we tried the curry it was really nice and think the pasta dishes were good value too. We both thought the service was good at the restaurant. Really love staying at the hotel too.

Great customer service . But the food was bland, Beef burger pattie not the greatest. Sea food chowder was watery, bland, not much seafood at all. Pork belly was great! Don’t ask for Spicy red peeper sauce. It’s not Spicy and tasted like mashed baby food.
Customer : Food wasn’t great, the garlic bread was 3 slices of bread cut in half, super thin and felt a little dear for what it was. The waitress was lovely but that was pretty much the only thing it had going for it. Shame
Customer : Excellent location to Quality Hotel Parnell when staying. Cafe provided our large family gathering with a free room for breakfast for an extended time and provided us with fantastic food. The cafe cabinet food is lovely as well. Highly recommended and will be back without hesitation.
