Susan Hsu: She came and gave a quote, which we both agreed with 2 weeks ago. And I left her my keys to do the exit cleaning. After she had finished her work, we went back to have a look; the outcome was unprofessional. There’re dirty spots in the toilet seat and also visible dust on the floor. When she was asked to redo the spots my agent had pointed out. She was unwilling to do so and said my place is very dirty overall. After a few back and forth communications, she came and redid it, she left toilet paper in the bowl without a flush. Not a good experience before I leave this country. Will not recommend it.
