Kelmarna Gardens

Kelmarna Gardens

What other Aucklanders are saying about Kelmarna Gardens.

Judy Lightstone :

Peter Mayo : A special special place.

Stephen Tan :

Jason vorhees : great place, there were plants there

Hong Chen :

Kim Robinson : Beautiful gardens.

Worth visiting.

Not suitable for large or heavy wheelchairs as some paths are too narrow and soft.

Ailsa Barker : Lovely tour of this garden dedicated to growing organically. The kind Sean was brave enough to guide a group of pre-schoolers and their parents with the help of a bag of magnifying glasses. Children were as engaged as you could expect a group of 2 -4 year olds to be. I want to go back on an adult tour! They sell produce too.

georgie duncan : This is such a beautiful community initiative. You will find some incredible minds and hard working bodies coming together in the name of real societal progress, environmental and nutritional preservation and community enhancement. There is only positive influence and spirit in a place like Kelmarna. Highly recommend heading to their wee shop to support this movement or donate/sponsor if you can.

Vincent Ingram : Lovely example of community gardening.
