The whole approach by Campbell was to do his very best in terms of how to get proper ventilation in our house which in some places could develop mould.
He was very clear about what was possible, what was not and what could be possible for he and his team to complete.
His pricing was fair and there were no “nasty surprises” on the bill – all very transparent.
Lastly Campbell was always very punctual – if he said he was going to be a the house at a certain time he was.
All in all a great experience in getting KiwiVac’s services and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

He also serviced it and repaired my vacuum hose which had years of use and now everything is like brand new again. He even cleaned up after the service. The bill was more than reasonable. Cedric Davidson : We took possession of our “new” home early Aug and inherited a Kiwivac system which had not been used for many years. I contacted William and although we live approx. 1 hr from William he promptly arrived up to test and supply necessary equipment that was missing. This was functioning for 5mths but unfortunately (probably due to age) the motor burnt out. He once again arrived up within 2 days. A perfect gentleman he once again tested and replaced motor at a reasonable cost. He has provided us with excellent advise . Thoroughly recommend his excellent service. Karen & Cedric HBC
