Both reactions of the landlords are the same and in less than 5 minutes they both decided that the cleanliness of the house is not only satisfactory but outstanding! So I’m very much impressed with their services. Got my bonds back without any deduction and the payment is just the right amount for the best service. Should I will need their services again, I will not hesitate to get it again thus I gave 5 star rating. In fact, let me share it with you guys that the house we recently vacated took pictures and use them in the Trade Me ads for the houses for rent. Actually, the same thing happened to the first house we vacated – the landlord took pictures and use them to post in the Trade Me ads for “Houses for Rent”.
