Customer : My review is similar to those above. I was charged $16 dollars to spend 5 minutes on a computer, print 7 pages of documents, scan and send to myself. The pricing on the wall isn’t clear and couldn’t understand why I would be charged so much for something I could have done at the library for $2.
Customer : Dear owner. I have been going here for the last year and a half, and although the lady and patriarch who have served me in the past have always been civil and efficient, the attitude if the young man serving today was too much for me. Yes I was in a hurry as I was coming down the stairs, yes I really had to use the bathroom and yes I was intending to stay and use your business for some work before heading off. But alas, now never again.
Please avoid this place, there are countless net cafes on queen street that don’t overcharge, that don’t lose your login with 20 dollars saved on it and who don’t get irate withought a conversation first after using the toilet out of desperation.
Go to midcity instead. Worth the longer walk.
Customer : Would not reccomend for gaming, most keyboards I have seen are fairly old with a stiff spacebar, headsets are old and cheap. Also would not recommend to those that are of a more innocent nature, every time I have been, someone is browsing pornography.
Staff are mostly friendly though, and it is in an easy spot. Fairly powerful computers as well.
Customer : I went here to print a word document from my emails today. Everything printed in colour despite me carefully ensuring the chose black and white settings from the menu…but it printed in colour regardless. As it set by default to send it to a coloured printer. Despite me disputing this with staff and showing her the settings…I still had to pay so much for all my printing. Not customer friendly..be careful. The toilet is also disgusting. I had to walk away
Customer : Really friendly staff, nice chilled out atmosphere, good air conditioning, great selection of downloaded games, fast computers!
The price for using the computers is very good, the only reason it’s not a five star is that the printing here is very expensive.
Customer : It was ok. The price was good 3$ per hour, the staff were fine and the pcs were fast, but my pc was very greasy and none of the blizzard games (Hearthstone, Overwatch etc.) were installed or updated.
Customer : I went there to print 6 pages of black and white documents for an urgent matter on a rainy Friday afternoon. Asked the counter staff how much it would cost, she said $0.50 per page. Then sent me to a PC terminal, after printing, total cost was $5 ($3 for documents, $2 for PC usage). She did not tell me about the $2 charge before sending me to a PC, it was really outrageous. Always use the public libraries if you need to print documents. Much cheaper and better.
Customer : The guys in front are super friendly and helpful, you will feel like home. Fast internet, great PC specs, comfortable chairs, many games, good quality headphones, affordable prices, tasty snacks, what more can you ask for. I’d highly recommend this place and will continue going,
