Customer : Very unpredictable what you will get from a RW agent. I’ve been looking to buy a house for the last 3 months in Ak and have found generally real estate agents are a homogenous bunch, mostly they’re polite and competent. The strange thing about RW is that they have some really good agents and some really really bad ones. They don’t seem to be able to filter out the rude and incompetent ones. The other weird thing is that the different RW offices don’t always co-operate with each other. So you might think you’re getting the advantage of a big network of agents selling your house, but that’s not my experience. I have had RW agents refuse to show me a house because it’s not listed with their particular RW office, even though it’s only 1km away from their office. From my experience as buyer, I wouldn’t choose RW to sell my house.
Customer : Really bad service.
Stevie Murphy let us know with a really short notice that we can go to see the house (she message us less than an hour). I left everything and I went running to see the house and when I arrived she was closing the house and said that she had to go and literally left.
Poor service.
Customer : Very nice service, friendly property managers and team.
Highly recommended and it is the best place you could choose to manager your property.
