Customer : Stopped here this morning on my way to work cos it always looks busy. But I can honestly say I won’t be stopping back. Really disappointed, place was empty so should if taken that as a sign. Guy made my coffee burnt my tongue, couldn’t hold the cup as it was far to hot. Couldn’t drink it, not good at all. Won’t be back here
Customer : My photo taking isn’t very good but the croissant and cake I had were delicious! Came in for a sit down lunch – staff were lovely and enforcing restrictions. Would defintely return – it’s nice and sunny/breezy inside on a hot day.
Customer : In a word, incredible. I’m staying in a MIQ facility with the worst coffee in existence and these guys literally saved my life. They overnighted the coffee to me and followed up to check it arrived. Couldn’t ask for better service. The plunger grind is incredibly smooth and tasty, no bitterness whatsoever. Keep up the good work! You owe it to yourself to check Santos out.
Customer : Amazing coffee, fantastic and friendly staff and the food is just to good. Stopping here every morning before work is usually my highlight of the day and knowing the baristas they will know your name and coffee order after a week of going. Highly recommend
Customer : The barista at Santos in Newmarket was fantastic to deal with so amicable as I waited for my soy latte. Whilst waiting and idle chatting, I then decided on a snack from the food cabinet and bought one of their egg and spinach sandwiches. This was delightful and the cafe was very stylish. For an impromptu stop in, it was a memorable experience!
Customer : Yum coffee and a nice space. Enjoy the low-key vibe. The coffee is nice and I really appreciate the keep cup discount. Would love to see coffees not served in the disposable cups. Also the counter food could do with a bit of a refresh.
Customer : Great coffee – best I’ve had for a long time. Friendly service & at a good price. Just over the road from the Auckland Domain, so on a sunny day you an sit outside and see the park (admittedly it’s over the road). A great place to for coffee, not busy when I was there but that was a bonus for me!
