Customer : When I read previous reviews, most of them positive, it would seem that I might be difficult to please but this is what I think ; Disinterested service, the worst bacon/egg/ bap ever tasted (as though it has been in the cabinet for days)… weak flavourless coffee and an unkempt annex attached to the main cafe offered up as a suitable a place to dine ( I hardly ever offer negative comments because from time to time every cafe has a ‘bad day’ …but what a shambles).

Customer : Cafe could do with a good spring clean. Upholstered chairs are decidedly grubby. Walls are scuffed. Loo door needs attention. Food quite average.

Customer : Could really do with a thorough internal clean. Grubby seats, marks on walls, loo door needs fixing etc etc. Cleanliness is what attracts repeat business. Staff pleasant enough. Food cabinet selection quite average.

Customer : Attended a sports meeting here for 6 people and only had coffee. Coffee was good. Guy I think the owner was super helpful. Nice big table to meet at and lay out docs. Was ok but cud be a little noisy for meetings if full. Have no problem going back here for similar event

Customer : Very disappointed today. Very difficult to discuss dietary requirements.

Customer : Standard breakfast fare. This is the sierra grill. Good portions of everything. A bit bland tasting so be prepared to add a bit of seasoning

Customer : Just love ❤this place for breakfast. Very comfy, very friendly and happy staff and environment. Excellent customer service, very neat and clean. Delicious food. Definitely recommend this cafe for anyone who keen to try or explore some new cafes or restaurants in Auckland.
