I’m a regular customer and for many reasons.
– The overall atmosphere is breath-taking and lovely. The staff are always willing to help and the cafe is absolutely beautiful. Not only are the staff kind and helpful but they’re also so interactive and polite towards everyone.
– Food and drinks wise – it is always prepared always for the best standards. Not once have I got a meal where it was “mediocre”-ly done vice versa. The staff always try their very best to make sure to match to the customer!
Everything about the cafe is nothing but perfection – it’s not easy seeing this; it’s like finding a 10cent coin within the sands of a beach. Impossible!

.. It was so beautifully presented I had to share it and it tasted so so delicious.. The spices they used were so full of flavor. .. I am so glad I picked the Sierra over the other cafe’s.. Do try this.. I also had a chi and that was very tasty too so once again thank you for making my lunch experience a beautiful one to remember.. The music they play is easy on the ear and it had a really cosy feeling too.. Well done with the friendly staff it’s a rare find
Customer : Ordered just a New York cream cheesecake and a pot of green tea. I would say price is great for the presentation of both. I asked for refill of hot water for the tea and waitress gladly refilled it and even gave extra jug of hot water by the side. I must say “very generous and thoughtful”. Would come here at least once a week if I stay in AKL…
