Frank Roberts : Today I went in to get my repeats. I obviously already know the medications and use, hence a repeat. I had asked in past that they not read out my script out loud as it is confidential. Today not only was it the product Laevolac read allowed but also that it is for constipation. For what purpose??? The pair of them giggled like children when they were getting the last of the script. None of this was based around contradictions; all they had to do was give me the product that had been rung a head of time for and was already packed. I have to take Laevolac because of the pain meds I’m on due to cancer. I have had the same thing before with anti-depressants there. No one wants there medications read allowed. I have worked in a pharmacy before and there are ways to show empathy and be professional. Its probably not breaking HIPPA Laws but is inconsiderate and rude.
Went back again and it was very professional this time. Appreciated.
