Mātao Waimātou : Urr…no wonder your store is so slow with customers. Being trolled around the shop by chemist retail staff-doing expiry date checks on products when your so obviously watching me, whilst I was doing price comparisons, only. So obvious your checking that I’m not stealing anything. Most of your products are covered in dust anyway. And your too expensive compared to others.

Francois Sauvageot : Great service from the COVID team at Unichem Pharmacy for my second booster shot. First contact on the phone was very positive with a friendly voice answering my questions, agreeing to keep a COVID vaccine ready for me before closing time, and giving me easy to follow directions. Once on site, the check-in was quick and welcoming, before receiving an injection by a pharmacist who was professional, happy to answer more questions, and very cordial. Same treatment given to other patients, I noted.

Leon Dobbin : My thanks to the staff for providing a very high level of care during my visit on Thursday afternoon. I visited to pick up a prescription, which wasn’t in the computer system, and the pharmacist calmly checked all the bases, calling another pharmacy nearby, in case it had been sent there by mistake. After a call to my Doctor, the prescription was done in no time and each item kindly explained to me. One lady had a really wonderful sense of humour, and provided appropriate caring talk a few times as we crossed paths throughout my visit and when I was paying at the counter. Her efforts in particular stood out in making for a very warm and memorable visit. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, helpful and focused throughout. There were surely warm smiles beneath the face masks. All those things go a very long way in providing care – the staff were expertly doing vital work in our community! Thank you so much.
Lucy Moyle : I came into Unichem pharmacy today in a lot of pain and was visibly upset, one of the lady’s working in the pharmacy approached me to help and was so incredibly kind and compassionate – she brought me painkillers and some water and let me sit in the shop while they kicked in. Unfortunately I did not think to get her name but I am so grateful for her help today – she was so understanding and showed so much kindness.
